He also needs to grow up and stop throwing tantrums and issuing threats when the team is down. Has he forgotten about all of the injuries the Yankees managed to overcome this season. Even without the injuries, they had big holes in the starting rotation and bullpen. Sure, the lineup can often be lethal, but a team needs good pitching too.I was disappointed to see them eliminated too, but I think those guys have a lot to be proud of. They spent nearly all of the first half below .500. I think to come from 42-43 at the all-star break and got pretty close to the Red Sox (who played well nearly all of the season) was awesome. |
