But he, like AOC, seems to be migrating from leftist positions to more just left-of-center, because he knows his more leftist positions won't fly with a wider public. There was an interesting video of him in a town hall recently. A Republican plant asked him to disavow the Muslim Brotherhood, which he did right away. Then MES asked the questioner's religion, and he said he was a Christian. Then he said while he was a Muslim, the Constitution is and must remain the law of the land and he disavowed any attempt to modify US law based on religious beliefs. Then he asked the questioner, will you disavow any attempt to modify US law based on religious beliefs? And the guy said, no I won't. Checkmate!

You could have used this argument to condemn Mamdani, and I'd agree with you (and I staunchly opposed and oppose Mamdani), but this is a race for a legislative back bench seat, the choice isn't between El Sayed and Rogers, it's between Schumer and Thune, or more broadly between Anti-Administration and Pro-Administration. I've already said before that I always vote for legislative office by party and any other method of choosing whom to vote for is foolish. The people you're citing who supported Hitler supported the Nazi PARTY, making them foolish. Now you might think that the entire Democratic Party has become the party of Jew hatred, but it hasn't.
