Why do you want this guy to go free instead of going to prison for murder and arson?

There are any number of examples you could have used of illegal aliens who were actually freed by state authorities and you chose someone who is actually in jail?

This giy is 28. Assuming that he's not put on probation, Its more cost effective to ship him back to a shithole where he'll continue committing crimes until he fucks up and is killed.

The fly in that ointment is that he could sneak back in and kill somebody else. He snuck in before, he could do it again. Like Angel Maturino Resendez. He was captured and deported. He repeatedly re-entered the US. from Mexico several times and killed 15 people between 1973 to 1999. He was executed in 2006.
Point of all this is don't deport him, lock him up and throw away the key. Maybe prison justice on the inside will do what the state wont.

On the contrary, he didnt sneak in. He was allowed in by the bidenistas. The real fly in the ointment is that he wont be kept in jail. The leftidt democrats are going to close Rikers. The racist alvin scumbragg says openly that he is more lenient with illegals than he is with domestic criminals. The odds arevthat he'll be paroled or given probation in very short order.
