That was invented by the Soviet Union along with Arafat. Zuheir Mohsen admitted back in 1977 that "(t)he Palestinian people does not exist", and ended up dead not too long afterward. |

A tactical nuke just has a smaller yield, but it still emits radiation. A bomb with the same yield as either the Hiroshima or Nagasaki bombs would count as tactical in modern times, since strategic bombs have much higher yields now. |
