Guillotine guaranteed to work? lol, it's failed several times in history. And it might upset you to learn that the last person executed in France by guillotine back in 1977 was a Moslem named Hamida Djandoubi, a thug from Tunisia who murdered Élisabeth Bousquet, a woman he groomed to be a prostitute. You'll have many challenges of cruel and unusual punishment violations under the Eighth Amendment. |

Worked great to dispatch Gary Gilmore in 1977. After he was shot, they kept watering his eyes to be used in a successful cornea transplant. IIRC there was a book and movie about this execution. |
