Pamela Cisneros

Shot to death by police after threatening to kill them; she was carrying knives, one of which she murdered a woman and injured a man with earlier. Apparently had a history of "mental problems".

What needs to be said? Whatever mental health care she hot didn't work. She killed one person and severely injured a second. Police put an end to the problem.
