Interesting case for a number of reasons.First, the son was involved in 2 prior gun incidents and still on the street. Second, he was a member of a gang called The Slutty Gang His girlfriend was also arrested. Finally, reportedly, Lackard's husband was also involved disproving the claim that havind a male figure in the home keeps kids out if trouble. BTW Lackard was also know as Packard. Not sure if that had anything to do with a criminal alias or just her 'ample' girth. |
