I understand the IOC has had the same issue as FIAA and any other international sporting organization. it's leaders have been stealing and have resigned due to gross international corruption.Therefore, that is the only reason I can think of, instead of fixing the flaws in the system, or giving special strict scrutiny, that they should punish people who only get one or two shots, and haven't been involved in the issue. Olympians only have a few years to compete. It is akin to punishing football players at The Pennsylvania State University for something the coaches did long before they ever enrolled. It's called punishing random people instead of the crooks. |
