The rent guidelines board voted 7-1 to freeze rents on one and two year leases - allowing mayor GOAT-FUCKER to keep one campaign promise.

One of the board members quit the morning before the vote because she said the vote was pre-determined.

Shameful with expenses constantly going up for landlords. I see it myself with my own expenses without having a tenant with frozen rent.

Tenants will be able to avoid the cold with the warmth of collectivism once the heat stops working in the winter due to a lack of money for maintenance.
