My memory is not what it used to be, but I either had the 12" or the cassette of "7C" back in the day.Was at L'Amours only once, and that was to see Slayer and Testament at the Reign In Blood tour. Don't even know if modern bands can make a living touring clubs like back then . . . |

Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island aren't producing "metalheads" anymore. Sure, there are.some, but not enough to have bars/clubs open for them. Yes, Duff's Blackthorn 51, Lucky 13, a few in the East Village do OK, but the "scene" from '83-'92 is gone, not ro he repeated. |
