Capital Punishment - South of the Equator

Verified story true and not just a facebook post.
The incident did occur south of the equator where most of Brazil resides.

Last week a 1 year old girl was kidnapped by a 48 year old brazilian man who raped and murdered the infant and threw her body into a river. He was arrested and jailed but not for long. A mob of over 100 ( including the child's mother) broke him out of jail. They beat him, doused him with gasoline and ended any chance that he would ever reoffend in This life. Correction is tenuous but capital Punishment comes with a guarantee.

Brazilians are very different than Mexicans and the rest of latin america in this regard.
