Democrat Criminal Justice

In 2021 a person was sentenced to 5-6 years for shooting at and attempting to kill a cop in Massachusetts. Yesterday, some 5 years later, 2 men were critically injured while driving on a city street because that same person fired 50 - 60 random shots at passing traffic until a cop and an ex-marine with a gun, shot and injured the shooter. He's hospitalized now with gunshots to his extremities. The liberally light sentence for the prior shooting did not correct the behavior nor did it protect society. They will never learn, you know.

I viewed what Fox Cable news showed of the actual shooting.

To me it sounded like a semi-automatic rifle the perp was carrying.

I could not tell if it was an Ak-47 or an AR-15 type weapon, but the

perp must have had additional magazines to account for the number of

discharges.

Kudos to the trooper and civilian that responded to the perp, but they

need more time at the range to improve their aim.

We don't know that but we do know:
Massachusetts has very liberal criminal justice policies.
The career felon was given a "to light" sentence previously.
The Massachusetts Criminal justice system did not correct Tyler Brown's behavior.
Democrats are more concerned with the rights of criminals than the rights of law abiding citizens.

Impossible. This is in Massachusetts where I imagine such a gun is illegal.

They should make it illegal not to shoot at people instead of worrying about the guns, but I guess it makes sense.

He is a FELON and should not have even been near any firearm!
So, you think that little bump in the road would cause him to not obtain a semi-automatic rifle!
