Prescription blood thinners like Coumadin & Eliquis will make you bruise very easily without giving any indication of a serious health problem. Its a maintenance drug. It's usually prescribed if you have high cholesterol or a plaque indication in your coronary arteries but not necessarily to treat a serious debilitating medical condition. But you have to be very careful with that stuff. A "simple" nosebleed could send you to the nearest emergency room. |
