World Obesity Day 2026

Today is "World Obesity Day".

I have to lose a few pounds myself.

Ozempic-Pig thinks we need pharmaceuticals to get to a normal bodyweight.

There are those who won the genetic lottery and don't have to worry about this stuff. cortelyounext is 5'11, 185 lbs and always will be. Won't have to worry about weight loss.

On my end, I find it amazing that things are the way the are in the United States, and reportedly, many other countries.

It must be an ethnic thing. The culturally obese are flooding public spaces with pajama's and conditioner caps on.

Restaurants are starting to feel a hit in business thanks to Ozempic. Customers are ordering fewer courses and smaller portions due to having their appetite suppressed. Too bad in the upper end restaurants you cant ask for a "doggie bag" to take any leftovers with you when ordering off a no Ozempic menu.

Well, hopefully you will lose the weight by July 4th.

On my end, if I get a look and a smile from a woman at the supermarket, I'm validated.

Don't care about blood pressure. Don't care about heart disease. Don't care about type-2 diabetes. I just need the smallest amount of female attention to feel like a man, and I feel alive.

My guess is you should weigh 208.
