So here we have the crux of the misunderstanding. I am referring to check points being set up in Minneapolis by anti-ICE left wing radicals. They are stopping cars and verifying license plates to identify vehicles of ICE agents. They have no legal authority to set up such check points and conduct such stops. Its been repeatedly.reported in the media and you somehow reduce this to " they have a right to protest." There-in lies a serious disconnect between you and reality.

I'm sure they do but are afraid to say anything for being branded MAGA, a fascist, a bigot, et al by the leftist mobs.

Its all nonsense - if I walk into a women's locker room at the local gym and the women all start screaming at me to get it, I should point to Jumanji's statement and tell that without a biologist present, I don't know if they are men or women and therefore I should be able to stay. Right?

he right to protest and peacefully assemble is guaranteed by the Constitution

No; the First Amendment says "peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances", not to behave in a riotous or harassing manner which is covered by Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution instead.

When was the last time you read the Constitution?

As reading comprehension seems an issue, its not so much an issue of when as did he understand what he read?
