Yes, because if it becomes acceptable to call Mamdani a communist, then it becomes acceptable to call Hochul, Jeffries, and Schumer socialists.

As an aside, there need to be three words on the right wing that correspond to liberal, socialist, and communist. But there are only two: conservative and fascist. There needs to be something in between conservative and fascist to describe people like Steven Miller and Russell Vought.

OK, helpful but insufficient.

Calling Sanders a socialist describes pretty much everything that makes him more left wing than an ordinary liberal.

But calling Vought or Miller a reactionary just doesn't do it, at least for me. Barry Goldwater was a reactionary. Vought and Miller are something more.

In reality, I'm more of a visionary (for lack of a better word), who sees the trends in politics, diet and nutrition, romance and relationships, and exercise science.

I'm not really a "MAGA-type" because I don't have a wife and kids.

I look too conservative to blend in to a Mamdani block party.

I have short hair, no tattoos, no head jewelry (piercings or ear gauge), and basic clothing.
