Not just because of all the associated spending, but because without doubt plenty of smart, ambitious young women see the city and decide it would be a terrific place to move to and start a career. |

Exactly.The South has much higher crime. This argument was had, years ago, and explained by me. clearaspect and his buddy, Olog-hai are still mad about my explanation. Tennessee also had a bad rep for arresting people for DUI even when sober. This gained national attention. |
