The Council on American-Islamic Relations, the nation’s largest Muslim ... organization, has added Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville to its list of anti-Muslim extremists.
CAIR cited what it called Tuberville's “increasingly hateful and dangerous attacks on Alabama Muslims," including recent comments surrounding the Islamic Academy of Alabama's attempt to expand into Hoover, as the reason for the new designation.
“Senator Tuberville appears to have looked at footage of George Wallace standing in a schoolhouse door to keep Black students out and decided that was a model worth reviving—this time against Muslims,” said CAIR Research and Advocacy Director Corey Saylor. “His rhetoric belongs to the same shameful chapter of American history, and it will be taught that way.”
CAIR said it is the first time it has designated a U.S. senator as an anti-Muslim extremist.

1) Last I checked, Tommy hasn't been standing in any schools blocking students, but I see Corey's group barring and kicking Jewish students out of multiple schools and classrooms and organizations, so piss off.
2) I had to look at these "hateful comments" as the media never tells us what makes them hateful.
"U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville is doubling down on his comments about an Islamic school that sought to move from Homewood to Hoover, praising residents who opposed the project and describing Islam as a “political ideology” incompatible with American values.
“This week, the people of Hoover, Alabama, came together and sent a clear message. We do not want extremist Islamic indoctrination centers taking over our state,” Tuberville said Thursday."

Personally, I did a search once, and that organization never publicly condemned 10/7 on its website or any other attack.
