I don't walk around with the vest.I notice climbing stairs hurts the knees. I won't do that anymore. Even light squats can hurt. |

I read this was a fad a year or 2 in one of the major papers.Now I see chicks all over wearing them. The paper was right, it does look a little silly. Once you do that you can easily walk over the pedestrian bridge at the Grand Central in Forest Hills to Meadow Lake and swim there. Assuming you will follow through on your threat, will you be casting your ballot for The Prince? You referenced The Prince by Machiavelli in an earlier post so it stands to reason you would vote for Cuomo. Will you please just answer the question already, and thanks again. |

Someone was shot dead there a few Sundays ago. A 19yo male, last name Rios. This is near Forest Hills HS.I don't think swimming is permitted in Meadow Lake. I learned how to swim at Cypress Hills YMCA on Jamaica Ave. My body type is made for swimming but I wish I could build muscle in the weight room like Olog-hai, RPanse, and Peter Rosa but I can't. I did go swimming in Beltzville Lake in Carbon County Pennsylvania in August. Threads are coming but right now I'm in limerence. |
