For the first time in a long time I was unable to attend NYFW which concludes tomorrow. As a participant, albeit only as a photographer, I feel privileged in my designated role to record this event for posterity. Aside from my work at the runway no pun intended, I enjoy the Opening Ball and Closing Gala, both of which I attend, especially since I get to hobknob mingle socialize call it what you will with the beautiful people many of who or whom I consider confidants and friends.
It is still early but it is never too early to begin looking ahead to the Spring NYFW. The list of facilities, typically a few locales in Manhattan and sometimes the quote outer boroughs close quote, the lineup of designers, and the models are yet to be finalized but, as it is not proprietary, I can tell you with assurance that the designers Mikey Wonder, Karen Clue, Saffron, C. Marquette, and Scotty have accepted invitations. It will be a simply marvelous affair and, although tickets are hard to come by, I hope to see some of you people there.
