A stroke of brilliance if you ask me. So now, if the scumocrats want illegals to have due Process, they can wait it out in jail. A year, 2 years or even three. They will not be out on the streets while waiting for their " due Process". Many will be so upset being confined to a 6X9 cell that they will waive their "due Process rights" and agree to deportation just to get out of jail. Still more will self deport rather than risk going to jail without conjugal visits. |

Perhaps you oversimplified what you are trying to say. The president speaks with a lot of hyperbolic language. Things like "nobody has ever" or "the biggest" or "most successful ever", while most politicians speak with more measured comments. This is not indicative of a "nutcase" though. It's just a style. Perhaps it's your training that causes you to expect people to speak more precisely. |

Nobody sane is questioning his power to deport. The reasonable disagreement is about what process is entitled. If I were to call ICE and say that #4SeaBeachFred living at such and such address is a member of TdA or MS-13 does that mean that Trump can deport you to El Salvador and you can't demonstrate that you are entitled to legally be here? |

My thinking is that if an illegal is caught and put into detention on Alcatraz, how many will opt to wait out their "due Process" in jail only to be deported 2 or 3 years down the road or more likely choose to live free in their home country and screw the wait for due process. |
