Sights and Smells of Woodstock

After getting in a few miles up at the Ashokan Reservoir in the Catskills early this morning, I headed up to Woodstock where the chronic was ubiquitous which means everywhere. Anyway, I happened across the following signs:


1. The Woodstock Elementary School - "Immersing Students in Peace, Love, and Democratic Ideals." Please.

2. A church - "Hate has no place here. We are an Inclusive Congregation and ALL are welcome. Thank you for understanding that Republicans are not ALL."

3. Flyers attached to telephone poles, a tradition in Woodstock - "F... TRUMP and you LOSERS who support him." (F... was spelled out in caps)


It was only a matter of time.

1. The Woodstock Elementary School - North Korean slogans?

2. A church - I wonder about their tax exempt status

3. Flyers attached to telephone poles - obsolete. Can we just finally move on and be done with these poles? Theres' nothing on them that is still ncessary in 2025.

Some telephone poles still have Mondale stickers.
