Right now I have no idea whether he committed a felony or not. Demonstrate that to me and I will agree he should go. |

Yes, there can. However, no one here wants to demonstrate evidence for any felony that Bowman might have committed. The evidence may be there but everyone here is sure being quiet about it. |

Bowman is alleged to have been a school principle.Schools are to have fire periodic fire drills. Schools have Fire Alarms, Most have the WORD "FIRE" boldly on the. There was NO FIRE! He knew there was NO FIRE! Photos show he was NOT LOOKING AT THE DOORS! However, Bowman spent ten years as a school principal in a state that requires 12 fire alarm drills per school year. Bowman’s office similarly issued a statement claiming he did not know he would trigger the fire alarm by pulling it. |

Pulling a fire alarm when there’s no emergency or a reasonable belief that there’s an emergency is obvious, but there’s probably other things that he could be charged with, not to mention that the basic false alarm isn’t a felony that I know of. |

Many people here are saying Bowman should be expelled.I don't think expulsion is appropriate for a misdemeanor, though I do think it's appropriate for a felony. So, do you assert that Bowman committed a felony? And if so, what is your evidence? PS. Maybe there is evidence that he committed a felony. I don't claim there isn't. But no one here is sharing any of that hypothetical evidence. |
