I really think that like broccoli whether you like liver and whether you think of it as horrible is just related to genetics and ability to taste certain chemicals. |

Liver tastes like liver, to me Calves Liver is milder than beef liver. What about Chicken Hearts and gizzards? I went to Norfolk Va. and CHICKEN Joint had deep fried gizzards, they were great. |
