In defense of gas stoves, I think the harm they cause is an order of magnitude less than the harm caused by leaded gasoline, with lead paint being somewhere in between.(Lead paint is complicated. Most of it can stay where it is until a gut renovation takes place. But if it's crumbing, it can be disastrous. Leaded gasoline was dangerous under virtually all circumstances, except maybe when consumed in rural Nevada.) But I see no big harm in banning gas stoves in new construction, and banning sales of new gas stoves by 2035 or something like that. |

Of course this planet has had warming and cooling over millions of years and it's only ego and the idea of collecting cash from eager idiots that cause liberals to promote the idea that we can reverse naturally occurring climate cycles.
