NYPD arrests gunman, 15, in fatal shooting of beloved 11-year-old Bronx girl Kyhara Tay — charging boy as an adult
The 15-year-old shooter was charged as an adult with murder, manslaughter and weapons possession, cops said, with his name withheld because of his age in the slaying of the innocent little girl. He was was grabbed by police after a Friday scuffle inside the 95 Hotel on Third Ave., according to police sources, and brought to the 41st Precinct.

So let's see. 15 year old charged as an adult, with murder, manslaughter and weapons possession in the Bronx? I'm guessing if convicted, 2 Yankee Box Seats and "please don't do it again!"

The D.A. truly sounded outraged as well as the P.C.

It's the usual New York City tale.
18 year old driving a scooter. 15 year old passenger shoots at a 13 year old, misses and kills an 11 year old. Nothing to see here.
