Chicago and NYC pizzas are different, but I prefer Chicago.Whenever I hear a NYer say that they have the "best _______ in the world", I can't help but roll my eyes. Do you guys ever travel? There are very few things that NYC is best at and maybe pizza is one of them depending on your preference, but it's a pretty bold claim. I recall a coking show where they took one of NYC's top pizza restauranteurs on a trip that included Italy and he left saying that NYC was definitely the best but returned very humbled. |

I think that Italy has strict regulations that result in Italian mozzarella being far superior.
