He leaves the post confirmation page open on his browser. When he reopens it the page reloads and therefore reposts. I’ve said this to him before but he doesn’t listen.

I just did the same thing you are describing and I can't reproduce the result. No duplicate post from me. Is this from cell phone only?

My phone restarted in the interim. What happens is that he leaves the browser, which is unloaded from memory, then when he opens it again, all the open pages reload.
