Any questions about Biden's mental capacities were answered last week when a reporter asked a question about what he thought about Cuomo's performance as governor was. After separating the personal from professional aspects, he said he did a "Helluva good job.

NYS has lost 1.4 million residents since 2010
NYS is the highest taxed state in the nation
Crime is thru the roof due to no cash bail & handcuffing cops. Roads and mass transit are in horrible shape. Social services are a shambles. All making quality of life almost unbearable.
He made millions on a book deal using ghost writers & state employees at taxpayer's expense.
Then there's the 15,000+ nursing home deaths by his decision (and the subsequent cover up) is directly responsible for.

And Biden says he did a "helluva job"

Fictitious statistic. The census just came out with real numbers.

NYS has gained some, NYC has gained 700K, and the NYC suburbs have gained too. All those places no one wants to live any more.

Upstate has lost residents, and that is to some degree Cuomo's fault. He illegally sabotaged fracking, when he had an opportunity to make NY the showcase of how to do it safely.

It's mostly the gas companies' own fault. They continue to be sloppy. They are still using injection wells to dispose of fracking fluid instead of more expensive but less risky methods.

But NY had the chance to lay down some really safe rules.

Not true, in Pennsylvania anyway. There the operations are clean & well regulated w/o minimal, if any damage to the enviornment. I've seen tanker truckloads of fracking waste water being moved all over NE & central Pa. without using injection wells. Nothing "sloppy" about that operation.
NYS dropped the ball big time by not allowing fracking. Thanks again, Andy Boy!

Not true, in Pennsylvania anyway.

I'm not surprised that PA made them up their game. Injection wells are the worst problem, so if those are banned in PA that's very good. Just saw an article about an injection well causing major trouble in North Dakota. Not sure if they're still using them in OK, which has had many minor earthquakes as a result.

I approve of fracking done safely and carefully. For much of its history the gas and oil companies have been disgracefully sloppy. Fisk Ave says PA has made them clean up their act. Not sure if North Dakota or Oklahoma have done the same.

Good point. But if Biden was quick on his feet, he should have dodged the question & said something generic like "let history be the judge" or something like that instead of saying whats usually taken as a positive answer.

In contrast, Donald Trump DID win the Republican primary. Twice.
