The Obama Administration left us locked and loaded with a pandemic response program, and CDC personnel in China. I highly doubt a President Clinton would have ignored that and let bureaucracy rule the roost. Again there was only one valid response with regard to a vaccine. |

We also don't know how much better another president would have addressed prevention of deaths.Yet you speculated exclusively in the direction of Trump not being responsible for the deaths and being responsible for fast development of the vaccine. |
