There's more to it than that, add up the Progressive votes on the Dem side: Bernie + Warren is 103k votes, much lower than Trump's 129k votes. This is the state that borders both their states. Nominating Bernie would be party suicide. |

Outside of bingbong/JayZee/ClearAspect, every Democrat on OTChat has said it would be a mistake to nominate Sanders (and Warren, but I doubt she gets much traction after the disaster that was New Hampshire). |

It's not just that, it's the fact that Trump got so many votes in a state like that (and in an election incumbent year basically uncontested, Republicans didn't need to show up. But more of them showed up for him than the Democrats who are actually picking a candidate. |
