The Middle Eastern oil countries want to help Trump because Biden respects the science on climate change. Biden’s challenge, if he wins the election., is how to build on this peace. One hole card is Israel’s technology which hopefully can replace oil as an economic driver in the region.

my question is, Sudan to poor to take care of its own, never was at War with Israel, I doubt they could or would have negative dealings with Israel , so did Donnie get win or did Donnie get a fake media event ?? asking for a friend ..

I'm sorry that your understanding of the middle east history is so limited. This may give you a little background

As we all know, alliances go beyond combatants in a war. Political and logistic support may be as important as combatants. From the above link:
