Posted by Fisk Ave Jim on Sat Oct 3 21:32:24 2020 If Trump's condition worsens to the point that he is on a ventilator and incapacitated, who makes the call to implement the 25th Ammendment to make Pence "acting" president? I forget how that happened when Reagan was shot. |

But it sounds like he can transfer power temporarily without doing that. Trump could have transferred power already and we wouldn't know. Like Reagan did for his surgery. |
