For only the second time in history (the first was in 2005), the tropical storm/hurricane name list in the North Atlantic has been exhausted and there is a Tropical Storm Alpha.

Beta has formed.

I was wondering if they would skip it, as the 2005 version killed 9 people and did several million dollars worth of damage, but apparently not.
