I understand the point that you were trying to make. However, I only said that he was accused of penetrating an 8 year old girl. I didn’t refer to him as a rapist nor did I say that he should be denied bail. I try to be consistent. I think bail paid like this is as good as a no bail release and does not insure that he’ll return for trial. |
