so a man charges police with a knife held over his head. Bang bang bang, he's dead and crisis averted. Then the anarchists show up for the all too familiar cries for justice for ______ fill in the name. That followed by riots and.... Well Lancaster tried a different approach than say, Minneapolis or Milwaukee or any of a dozen cities. They arrested of the rioters and charged them with some serious felonies. They are each still in jail on $1 million bail. Doubtful that they will be out to riot tonight.
