The 2019 mermais day parade was attended by 800,000 spectators. Are you going to try and claim that there were 1.2 million marchers?WHY DO YOU AWAYS LIE? |

More than the Macy's parade and double St. Patrick. Does that mean that gay people are far and away the most accepted "minority"? |

Last year was an outlier: it was the first time World Pride came to NYC, and it was also the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Rebellion. For both reasons, turnout was way above normal. People come from all over the country and the world to celebrate Pride in NYC (I was a Group Leader in the March last year), That's because NYC is the original Price March. San Francisco is just one year behind.Normal turnout for NYC and SF Pride is about two million. |

I worked the Pride Parade detail as a cop a few times. I loved the fact that the parade started with hundreds of topless lesbians on motorcycles!!I also portrayed an attendee of a fake Pride parade as an extra on the Ray Donovan TV Show wearing a rainbow hat supplied by wardrobe!! |

Or maybe NYC has different lesbians? I prefer that most stay clothed.I tried to watch Ray Donovan and didn’t like it at all. A little racist for my taste. |

I remember when that was a thing, but didn’t know that was how it was resolved. Seems like that would be the case everywhere but I suspect it’s not. |

Female toplessness has been legal in NYC for 20+ years, although to this day, there are still some cops that haven't received that memo. Every now and then, some cop tries to lock up a topless woman on the beach or in Central Park, and the NYPD had to send out another FINEST message reminding everyone that it's legal... |

Unity at the gay parade and female nudity at the West Indian parade. Ot saying it was legal, but it happened nonetheless |

I've either served on the Heritage of Pride March Committee or been a March Group Leader for the past 20 years, and incidents of full male or female nudity would be reported to me personally and to the police. I haven't yet received an incident report or witnessed this myself, nor have the cops ever pointed out any such thing to me (they DO let me know when they think someone is too drunk to march, for example). However, in the remote possibility that you did witness this, you are correct that the cops unofficially acknowledged to me that they "just told naked Marchers to cover up" instead of citing or arresting them. |
