You mean there can be only one cause for violence?Does the fact that some protestors were in fact violent rioters mean that the federal agents necessarily behaved reasonably? |

Businesses were leaving The Port of Portland, before the riots. High personal income taxes (9.9%) and capital gains taxes were the main reasons. The Port area, itself, has dwindled down to only two major shippers. These extended riots have only made a bad situation much worse. |
