I think that they were obligated to take the complaint seriously and NASCAR may have even asked for an investigation.I had seen reports on another website that what the noose most likely was is a rope with a knot/grip at the end that’s used to grab the rope that lowers the garage door. Almost all of the doors had them at one point but some were untied. Looks like someone on Bubba’s team overreacted. |

From the images/video I saw, it seems like not every door had one... but some did.In any case there were rumblings late yesterday afternoon that this was going to be debunked. What is completely lost here though is that Bubba Wallace didn't actually overreact, it was a staff member, who needs to be fired for causing a controversy that has ultimately made both nascar and Wallace look bad. He's being called Smollett 2.0 despite having never been given the opportunity to see the alleged "noose". This is the 2nd fake noose story in recent weeks though, like the Oakland exercise equipment last week. The media is trash. |

I think that many people that work there knew that it wasn’t a noose but for other reasons NASCAR had to have an investigation.
