I just read that Harris Yulin was 82 - a youngster on your list.
Orson Bean (91) would be on your list if he hadn't been hit by a car earlier this year

Very impressive

On June 17th, "Wonderama" host, Sonny Fox, will be 95. My friend's dad used to see him get loaded at the old NYC Playboy Club, more than once!

Oops. I had no idea that there was a host before Bob McAllister. That was my generation.

Looking on Wikipedia I also had no idea that the show's first host was the captain video that Ed Norton frequently mentioned on the honeymooners.

Captain Video, an elctronic wizard, master of sky and space, ruler of the fundamental order, etc, etc. When we got our first TV in early 1950 that was my favorite show. Captain Video was played by Richard Coogan. The worlds at war in outer space were Menesteros and Turson, the former being the good guys aand the latter the evil ones. Then there was Doctor Pauley, a r otten scoundrel who seemed to have nine lives and always got back into his evil way when we thought he had been finally done away with. A long time ago but I remember it well.

Why did you falsely assume that. I don't think of someone dead unless I actually learned about it.
Some others:
Whitey Ford-92 (I delivered mail to his house, saw his wife)
Carol Burnett-87
Joyce Randolph (Trixie Norton)-95
Bruce Morrow (Cousin Brucie)-84
Eva Marie Saint-95
Carl Reiner-98

They were famous and dropped from public view so long ago. Especially Larry Storch. I just assumed that they'd be out there if they were alive. Like Clint Eastwood and Abe Vigoda.

I think Cousin Brucie still does a show on Sirius/XM 60s on 6 (or at least until recently. They used to cross advertise on 70s on 7, but I haven't heard the ads lately. Then again, working from home, I am driving less (I generally only listen to SXM in the car)).

That's young.

What about Private Dobbs, the bugler ?

There were likely other troops and natives simply around who had no script.

I watched the show all the time as a kid, along with Gilligans Island and Lost in Space. Now if they were on, I can't stand them.

Because there's a noticeable lack of diversity. No black people ever and even the Indians are white people.

Our gang/Little Rascals was ahead of its time in diversity. A lot of the early shows were. Somehow the black people faded away for most shows when the shorts went to television.

No. The entire premise was too ridiculous.
I Love Lucy seemed realistic, even if not really.

The premise of much of entertainment is ridiculous. Many of the biggest movies of all time. I like it for what it is.
