We cannot test enough and we need to test much more. We need to know how many people are asymptomatic, never get symptoms, yet get over it, but would get antibodies. Then we can develop an antibody treatment though Convalescent Therapy from such blood donors, which can be done much quicker than developing a safe vaccine. |

Because that isn't clear in three of the four articles. The one that does say "funding" is based on the NPR article which doesn't use that word and instead says "support". The others all say "support" as well.According to the three main articles, the federal government is withdrawing the FEMA people that manage 41 testing sites and turning management of those sites over to the states. It appears that the state people are already there and have already been overseeing the sites. According to CNN, FEMA still left all of the tests. Another article states that the federal govt will no longer pay for tests, but that was always my understanding as to what would happen. |
