But the point is that the Earth warmed up, big time without the help of 6 billion people making their "contributions". Could it be that the Earth warming is part of a cyciclical pattern where the Earth warms/cool itself over the period of eons as a part of a natural planetary solar system evolution? Because natural climate changes used to happen over very long periods of time, over many thousands of years unless a catastrophe occurred. There is nothing that explains why global temperatures are increasing except the increase in carbon dioxide, which correlates with the Industrial Revolution. |

As I point out ridiculously often here, the same effect can have different causes.If a forest fire can be cause by someone failing to properly extinguish a camp fire, it can also be caused by a natural lightning strike.
