I like how the impression given by the article is that even the robber was like "this is getting ridiculous".I wonder if he can sue NY for this: knowing he would commit more bank robberies, NYS let him out anyway, all but guaranteeing a longer rap sheet and resulting in an even longer prison sentence than if they just kept him off the street on the first arrest. I mean, I wouldn't even blame him if he did! |
