Posted by Orange Blossom Special on Wed Aug 21 16:36:40 2019 Even though it has changed it's tune in response to the election, in 2015 the Associated Press stated that Balitmore "struggles daily with pervasive poverty and widespread joblessness, failing schools, drug additions, a crumbling infrastructure and corruption" Since this racist article, the city has had 3 mayors in a row leave under a cloud of corruption.
