Down here in FloriDUH, when alligators wander into populated areas, if they are 6 feet in length or less, they are repatrioted into the Everglades. However, if over 6 feet---belts! wallets! purses! shoes!Alligators are not endangered, so this policy exists. I don't have an opinion one way or the other. Now crocodiles are endangered, so they could be 6,000 feet and they will try to coax them back to the 'Glades. |
