Reading the report, it's obvious they aren't smart enough to put together a cooperative, functional conspiracy ("collusion" is not a crime beyond another attempt to muddy the waters and people’s uderstanding of this). Real conspiracy requires cooperative people with a shared goal. The trump bunch wasn't much more than a chaotic mess of people looking out for themselves. Then again, it seems they simply brought that scrum to Pennsylvania Ave. |
