Re: Trump Will Win 2020 Election

Libertarian party made their stance on the border clear, which is open borders / more immigration, consistent with the thought process of less control. Because libertarians remove compulsory safety nets, this is less of a problem than it would be now: it would be sink or swim for any new arrivals, or at the very least up to whatever services the region they've settled in provides [or charities available] if they're struggling.
The Libertarian indifferent attitude towards allies comes from a simple desire to not meddle in affairs beyond our borders, which saves massive amounts of money currently used for defense (as well as extending the 'my rights end where yours begin' philosophy to a global scale). Trump even echoed this early on in his presidency with his calls for countries to start paying for the military protection they receive from us.

I would want to know who booked him as a speaker and ask if they had their priorities right. someone like “Milo” really has no business on a campus like Berkeley, as a security issue as well as a WTF? . Seriously, who would actually want to sit through his hateful "presentation"… to b excruciatingly polite about this hater.

Depends on which doctors.

Republican state legislation to prevent doctors from talking to their patients about the danger of guns.

Republican state legislation to mandate that doctors say specific things, and not say specific things, to patients considering an abortion.

Campus protests are attempts to deny speech, and violate the rights of the property owner to invite people to talk. But those are done by individuals; the Republican efforts are done by the government.

Republican state legislation to prevent doctors from talking to their patients about the danger of guns.

Other than maybe a psychologist what business is it for a doctor to say anything about guns? That said, this is indeed an example of censorship.

Republican state legislation to mandate that doctors say specific things, and not say specific things, to patients considering an abortion.

I covered that one when I mentioned abortion.

Campus protests are attempts to deny speech, and violate the rights of the property owner to invite people to talk. But those are done by individuals; the Republican efforts are done by the government.

The government isn't forbidding the campuses from censoring speakers, it's just saying that they can't get Federal funding if they censor speakers. If you don't like it, think about that every time you vote in favor of tax hikes that allow the federal government to take more taxes from state residents/businesses and force them to beg / do a monkey dance to get that money back.

Pediatricians have a valid role in explaining to parents the risk to their children that they run if they have guns in the house.

Florida Republicans tried to make such a chat illegal.

Most pediatricians I know don’t harp on obvious warnings like electrical outlets, boiling water, etc. They may say once, but that’s it. As to guns, usually they will only say if they know or have reason to suspect that there are guns in the home or if a parent explicitly asks.

Having an unsecured gun in the home is a readily and perfectly logically overcome risk. Just unload, and then lock it up and it's suddenly far safer. Not all that much to it, beyond dedication to the idea of keeping your toddler from finding, and God forbid, shooting a gun.
