If the Dems want a shot (and to insure they get a "normal" candidate without rigging anything), the Dem pool needs to have many crazies as possible, rather than one crazy and many normal candidates.Same reasoning I used in a different thread: if you have 3 communists and one moderate, the moderate will collect more votes than any one communist. But if you have three moderates and one communist, the communist will win more than any one moderate. |
