I'm not certain of Trump's wealth. I imagine he is worth billions, maybe. So he was a good salesman.The art of salesmanship, I learned in college , was to convince the person you are talking to that they really need your product!

Now if he could only use that talent to convince the House and Senate to go along with his plans.
