Assuming that is all true, do you think that she really deserves billions and billions of dollars just because she happened to be married to him? It's one thing if they built the business together and shared assets, but it annoys me when these women get married and they think that they are rightfully entitled to whatever money for husband has like it's their own. My wife works, and I wouldn't think of in a million years going after her money or asking her for her money, or assuming that her money is mine.

Amazon did not exist when they got married. She is only entitled to half the wealth they accumulated during the time of their marriage. So any wealth Bezos had when they got married, and any wealth he accumulates after their separation, remains his.

It's not an antiquated notion; it's a modern notion. He could not have built up Amazon and done everything else he did, without her help.
